- I have created one zip file with all the examples for the second exam: x2.zip. When you run it, most of the references will fail, because all of the bin and debug directories have been removed. Rebuild the referenced projects, then rebuild the encompassing project and click on the missing references: that should force .NET to see the new references. If that doesn't work, then add a new refernce for the missing one. The included examples are

  - Chapter 5 All Examples. Make Ch05_All the start up project. You will get a lot of warnings about bad references: build the project, open the References for Ch05_All and click on each reference that has a warning. All the warnings should disappear.
  - Chapter 6 Drawing Text
  - Chapter 7 Advanced Drawing
  - Chapter 8 Printing
  - Help Library Some of the examples use a help library. Be sure not to modify the structure of the zip, since the reference to the help DB is a relative link.
