Pages 48-49, Exercise 2.6, parts a, b, c, d.

• Combine all four parts into one form.
• Use a Frame around each part.
• Be sure to give all the controls in your form good names.
• To hand in the assignment
  1. Zip the entire project and upload it via the web.
     • The username to use is your FIU webmail user ID.
     • The password to use is cop3175.
     • Upload Assignment Via the Web
  2. Hand in a printout of your .frm file for your form. (If you are using .NET, print out the .vb file)
